據(jù)了解，今年風(fēng)頭正盛的鄉(xiāng)村歌手埃里克·丘奇將憑借個(gè)人第三張專輯《Chief》同時(shí)拿下年度男歌手、年度專輯、年度最佳MV、年度最佳單曲以及年度最佳作曲等五項(xiàng)大獎(jiǎng)提名。埃里克將憑借專輯的第二首單曲《Springsteen》與杰森·阿爾?。↗ason Aldean）的《Dirt Road Anthem》、布萊克·謝爾頓(Blake Shelton)的《God Gave Me You》、德克斯·本特利(Dierks Bentley)的《Home》以及鄉(xiāng)村樂(lè)隊(duì)Little Big Town的《Pontoon》角逐年度最佳單曲大獎(jiǎng)。
今年分量最重的年度藝人提名名單上，泰勒·斯威夫特將與去年的入圍歌手齊聚一堂，繼續(xù)角逐這項(xiàng)年度大獎(jiǎng)，而他們分別是風(fēng)頭正勁的鄉(xiāng)村歌手肯尼·切斯利（Kenny Chesney）、布拉德·佩斯利(Brad Paisley)、布萊克?謝爾頓以及杰森?阿爾丁。至于泰勒今年入圍的其余兩項(xiàng)音樂(lè)提名則是與米蘭達(dá)·蘭伯特以及肯尼·切斯利等大牌角逐年度女歌手以及年度音樂(lè)事件獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。
