    張劍是一名甚少在國(guó)內(nèi)公開場(chǎng)合露面的藝術(shù)家，他在慢且悠長(zhǎng)的創(chuàng)作旅途中用畫布和油彩構(gòu)建了自己的抽象世界；在那里，灰色系因精神華麗而豐滿絢麗，孤獨(dú)因到了極致而變得高貴且清澈。

    張劍自2004年以來(lái)由德國(guó)三月空間獨(dú)家代理，作為一名優(yōu)秀且少產(chǎn)的中國(guó)藝術(shù)家，他的作品深受歐美藏家青睞。三月空間選在2008年8月期間在中國(guó)北京隆重推出張劍的個(gè)展，共計(jì)15幅作品，是精選其2004年至2008年間的代表創(chuàng)作。本次展覽將在今年9月份上海雙年展和上海國(guó)際藝術(shù)博覽會(huì)期間在上海南岸藝術(shù)中心巡回。

The painter Zhangjian is focussing on abstract art. Our eyes are always looking for something to recognize in paintings - things we know already. The artist goes the very brave way to offer us unknown experiences to discover. A sort of abstract landscape - our mind starts to walk and we are creating a story - Contemplation.
