復(fù)旦大學(xué)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)系經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)士，長江商學(xué)院EMBA工商管理碩士。12年證券從業(yè)經(jīng)歷,曾任中投證券投資銀行部執(zhí)行總經(jīng)理、北京紅土鑫洲創(chuàng)業(yè)投資中心（有限合伙企業(yè)）的普通合伙人。具有豐富的資本市場運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉基金管理和運(yùn)作。

Dong Yi —— CEO

Mrs. Dong Yi has had 12 years of business experience in securities. She has served as the Executive General Manager of the investment banking division at China Jianyin Investment Securities. She received a BA in Economics from Fudan University and an EMBA degree from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business Administration. Her accomplishments include reforms, mergers and reorganization, listings and initial public offerings, and financing for various businesses such as GD Power Development, Yangtze Power, China Hi-tech Group, Guizhou Aviation Industry, Guangdong Weihua, and China People’s Insurance. She also was a general partner of BEIJING FORTUNE LAND INVESTMENT CONSULTANT CO., LTD（Limited Partnership）（Private Equity Fund）. She has had rich experience in capital market operations and is familiar with fund management.
