    斷裂與反思

    “Disembedding”,英國著名的社會學家安東尼?吉登斯《現(xiàn)代性的后果》一書中發(fā)明了這個詞用以說明傳統(tǒng)在現(xiàn)代社會中的境遇。他認為在現(xiàn)代社會的條件下“傳統(tǒng)”與現(xiàn)代之間存在一種根本性的“斷裂”。并不僅僅是西方社會,中國乃至世界其它國家同樣如此,我們今天生活在一個與傳統(tǒng)社會幾乎在每一個方面都截然相反的社會中。

    然而,顯然傳統(tǒng)對我們不可或缺,文化認同對于文明與社會的延續(xù)和發(fā)展都極為重要。

    “已被證明為合理的傳統(tǒng),實際上已經是一種具有虛假外表的傳統(tǒng),它只有從對現(xiàn)代性的反思中才能得到認同。”

    傳統(tǒng),是一種文化價值、文化理念與文化精神的認同,而不僅僅只是“形而下”的外在形式。在“全球化”的條件下,只有當傳統(tǒng)以“非傳統(tǒng)”的方式來重新表述并能夠在全球更廣闊的范圍內得以理解與認同,傳統(tǒng)才能夠在現(xiàn)代社會中真正的得以延續(xù)與發(fā)展。

     

    Break and reconsideration

    Disembedding ,which is created in The Consequences of Modernity written by a famous British social scientists Anthony Giddens, this word is to explain the circumstances of tradition in modern society. He believed that in modern society there is a fundamental fracture between tradition and modern. Not only in western society, but also in China or other countries, we are living in a society which is opposite in almost every aspect of traditional society.

    Obviously, the tradition is indispensable for us. And the cultural identity is extremely important for the continuation of civilization and social development.

    “The tradition had proved to be reasonable actually has a false appearance. They only can be recognized in the reflection of modernity.”

    Tradition which is an identity of cultural value,cultural philosophy and cultural spirit, more than a physical external form. In the global condition, only when tradition expressed in a “non-tradition” way and understand in a global wide range, which can be truly continued and developed in modern society.
