李暉(b.1977-)，土生土長的地道北京人，2003年畢業(yè)于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院，2010年分別在荷蘭埃因霍溫光美術(shù)館推出【誰害怕紅色，琥珀和綠色？】、德國曼海姆美術(shù)館【游離—李暉】、印度尼西亞雅加達(dá)余德耀美術(shù)館【機(jī)械的儀式】個展。

李暉這次在臺北當(dāng)代藝術(shù)館所將展現(xiàn)的創(chuàng)作，就是以他觀察中國環(huán)境的變化來做為基本背景，但卻更準(zhǔn)確把創(chuàng)作的精神題旨落定在對于中國經(jīng)濟(jì)起飛之后；社會所帶起的膨脹、壓縮等等心理的糾結(jié)為主軸，在同樣也將運用到激光的前提之下，卻大大超越了過去觀者只停留在對炫麗激光印象里，而愈加能夠體現(xiàn)創(chuàng)作背后深沉的社會洞悉力，這樣的主軸一方面是貫穿他創(chuàng)作脈絡(luò)，另一方面則是梳理他這幾年創(chuàng)作的面貌，使得他的藝術(shù)精神有了一次更加彰顯的機(jī)會。

Li Hui(b. 1977-), native born beijinger,gratuated from Central Academy of Fine Arts, who has just been exhibited in Light Art Museum Eindhoven Who is Afraid of Red, Amber and Green?, Mannheimer Kunstverein Transition-Li Hui, and solo exhibition at YUZ Museum Gadgetry and Rites.

All the works exhibited in MOCA Taipei this time were created on the background of fast developing economy in China; after observing all the changes, Li Hui wants the exhibition to mainly focus on the expansion, compression of the society and people's psychological twist in this country. On the same condition of using laser lights, the works in MOCA Taipei surpassed much more than just the dazzling visual impression this time, and further explored the deep social insight behind his art creaton; this theme on one hand has completely gone through his early art creation, on the other hand has sorted out combing his exhibitions of recent years, which gives him another opportunity to highlight his art spirit.
