　　邁阿密首屆亞洲當代藝術(shù)展于今年12月4日至七日在著名的萬恩伍得藝術(shù)區(qū)開幕了。亞洲藝術(shù)中心可謂是建立在亞洲經(jīng)濟騰飛和文化繁榮的基礎(chǔ)之上的。它此次集中展示了60多家國際著名畫廊的各種藝術(shù)作品， 有油畫，繪畫，印刷品，照片，雕塑，多媒體，雕刻，和一些知名的或是漸露鋒芒的亞洲藝術(shù)家的視頻資料。本次參展畫廊來自各地，中亞，南亞，歐洲，和中東，真可謂是當之無愧的全球盛會。

　　Miami's first international Asian contemporary art fair will make its debut this December from the 4th-7th in the prestigious Wynwood Art District. Building on the economic success and cultural boom of Asia, ART ASIA brings together over 60 leading international galleries to showcase the finest examples of paintings, drawings, prints, photography, sculpture, mixed media, installations, and video from both established and emerging Asian artists. Participating exhibitors include galleries from Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and The Middle East, making this a truly global event.

　　SCOPE, Miami's original contemporary art fair, returns for its seventh year to Miami this December. Expanded in size and global in reach, SCOPE will host 88 exhibitors from 22 countries in a new 60,000 square foot pavilion. SCOPE's venue is centrally located in the Wynwood Art District, convenient to the Rubell Family Collection, the Margulies Collection, as well as Miami's top galleries.

　　The gallery’s booth made the front page of the Miami Herald. In the paper’s article “The Art Basel Cheat Sheet: What You Have to See,” Byron Cohen gallery’s space at SCOPE was included in the not to miss line-up “Don’t miss the bronze sculpture and oil painting “Tied up Slave” by Wang Huaxiang at the Byron Cohen booth.”

He is showing more established Chinese artists like Feng Zhengjie and Wang Huaxiang in Scope, and emerging talents in Art Asia. Cohen sold a large painting by Wang Huaxiang, Tied Up Slave (2008), and a monumental work by Ma Baozhong, Rise and Fall (2008), which was on view recently at the Shanghai Biennial.
